Posting Pictures

I started posting my pictures up onb my website, i still need to get some full body shots of me cooking becouse how would people know that i did the senior project without full body pictures.

Working with the website

I have been tinkering with my senior web page and my cooking webpage and it seems like i have a pretty good understanding about how to make this site look pretty good, i am going to put some of my cooking images in the backround behind the txt and well in the end it should look fairly well considering that the website part isent the main point of my research project the cooking is.

Focus on the presentation

I think that when i go do my presentation i will bring up my website on either multiple laptops for them to go thru it or have a projector to guide them through the website. with the technology part aside i will talk about learning how to be a decent cook not a chef but a good cook, i will bring in a couple things that i will have made the previous night or 2. i will let them sample what they want and see that using my website they can make these items also and with the step by step pictures they can easily see if theyre doing things right.

Cooking

to update how i am going on the cooking portion on this project i cooked some bread, i baked two loaves one regular banana bread and then enother which i decided to make like a cake with baking m'n'ms and chocholate chips baked inside it. Both of these loaves came out very well but the one that i put the chocolate in came out not really done on the inside but that sort of made it good so no complaints.

continuing editing

This would be the second time that we sat down and started editing, last time we only worked for about 30 mins and today we also worked for about 30 mins and were on page 3 so it is taking a pretty good time to due this paper.

Editing the paper

i started editing my research paper with my academic coach Ms. Olson. It seemed like it wouldent be that hard when you talk abotu editing the paper but now that we actually started working on this thing editing almost every line of this 10 page paper is pretty hard.

Time spent with mentor

Right now i have spent a total of about 3 hours with my mentor the first time i met my mentor we talked and described what i wanted to do and she showed me around the kitchen. the secound and latest time i talked with her alot more about getting into the specifics of my senior project not just the paper she showed me to tools they used to tempor chocolate and that she was also using a web page like prgramt o create an intereactive site used to tempor chocolate after eating some bownies we looked at more things in the kitchen. then we rode up to the civic center where i met some the other chefs down there and she showed me the chocolate models they made which is called something but i forgot becosue it has been about a week since we did this in all i learned that the civic center makes food and prepares it to look really professional and then they have a presentation in whcih they show what they have cooked.
